Project UDAAN
Project UDAAN, the latest initiative of the Placement Cell of Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth, (CVV) commenced on 19 March 2022 at the Chinmaya Eswar Gurukula (CEG) campus. UDAAN is an Employment Enhancement Programme (EEP), organised as a series of online and offline training sessions for the outgoing students of CVV who have opted for employment opportunities. The programme intends to equip them with the expected skill sets of the interview selection process, communication skills, personality development, grooming and goal setting in their chosen areas of interest to further boost their confidence and ensure success in all their future endeavours. The sessions will be held over ten weeks from March to May/June, followed by a placement drive.
The training sessions are being conducted by Sri. K.G. Sreejith Panicker, Founder and Chief Enabler of Self4ward. He is a visiting faculty of Behavioural Science for the two leading institutes of the Indian Navy: the Naval Institute of Educational and Training Technologies, and the Centre for Ethics and Behavioural Sciences, Southern Naval Command, Kochi.
