The sessions will be conducted as online live lectures. Live sessions will be a combination of lectures, reading and discussions. Selected content from Module 2 and 3 will be delivered along with demonstrations. Readings and Samples of research work as applicable will be provided as reading material.

- A decent internet connection would be appreciated for active participation in class discussions.
Evaluation will follow a continuous evaluation pattern, on a multiple component basis.
Sreenath Namboodiri, Assistant Professor, is a faculty of Law and Public Policy at CV’S School of Ethics, Governance and Cultural Studies. His areas of interest are in intellectual property rights vis-a-vis health systems, internet governance, sustainable development and innovation, knowledge governance and technology, and law. He has been an honorary fellow of the Centre for Economy, Development and Law since 2013. He is also a part of the editorial team of Elenchus Law Review, a biannual peer-reviewed from the Centre (CED&L).
Nithin V. Kumar, Assistant Professor, is a faculty of Law at CVV’s School of Ethics, Governance and Cultural Studies. A lawyer with seven years plus experience in intellectual property rights, media and entertainment laws and corporate law-related services. Over the years, Nithin has worked with several companies including Fortune 500 companies, MSMEs and Startups in the media and entertainment industry. He has also delivered lectures for corporates to create legal and intellectual property awareness and intellectual property culture within the organisations.
