BBA (Finance and Human Resource Management Honours): Students who wish to pursue an Honours degree can enter the fourth year of studies and learn advanced finance courses. The student who completes eight semesters of studies with a minimum credit requirement will be awarded a BBA (Finance and Human Resource Management Honours) degree.

BBA (Finance and Human Resource Management Honours with Research): Students who secure 75% of marks and wish to pursue an Honours degree with Research can enter the fourth year of studies and undertake a research project along with learning advanced finance and human resource management courses. Students need to do a research project under the guidance of an assigned faculty member and submit the dissertation work to get awarded with BCom (Finance and Human Resource Management with Research) Degree.

Programme Structure

* If students wish to leave at the end of the first year, they need to complete a work-based vocational course of 4 credits after the first year. The students can exit after completing one academic year (two semesters) with a Certificate in the discipline
** If students want to leave at the end of the second year, they need to complete a work-based vocational course of 4 credits after the second year. The students can exit after completing two academic years (four semesters) with a Diploma in the discipline.
*** The students can exit after the completion of three academic years (six semesters) with a BBA (Financial Management) degree. 
# Students who secure 75% marks or above in the first six semesters and wish to undertake research at the undergraduate level can choose a research project in the eighth semester and they will be awarded BBA (Finance & Human Resource Management Honours with Research). In the fourth year students not undertaking the Research Project will have to do three core courses in the eighth semester instead of the Research Project and they will be awarded BBA (Finance & Human Resource Management Honours).
