The four-year innovative, integrated B.A.B.Ed. English programme with a unique ‘Single Major–Single Pedagogy’ approach, is primarily aimed at preparing specialised new-age teachers of English language and literature. It is also an ideal choice for those who wish to pursue their passion for English with the additional benefit of a professional degree, on an accelerated timeline.

The programme strives to empower aspiring teachers and litterateurs through an array of fascinating courses, workshops, school internships, field visits, and much more. It also enables the students to meet the challenges of contemporary workplaces, including classrooms, and prepares them for leading a meaningful life as well.

Eligibility

Applicants should have a minimum of 60% overall marks and a minimum of 65% in English in the 12th Standard (Intermediate/CBSE/State Board) examination.
There will also be an interview to determine the final selection of candidates for the programme.

The four-year innovative, integrated BScBEd (Mathematics) programme primarily aims at preparing new-age specialised Mathematics teachers. The programme is also an ideal choice for those who wish to pursue their passion for Mathematics with the additional benefit of a professional degree, on an accelerated timeline. It encourages aspiring secondary school mathematics teachers and mathematicians to do an in-depth study of Mathematics and also train them in pedagogy, assessment and classroom management. The programme, through a combination of theoretical discussions, practical explorations in terms of workshops, school internships and field visits, ensures that the students are fully prepared to meet the challenges of contemporary classrooms as teachers and/or to pursue higher studies in Mathematics and other allied fields.
