शाङ्करीवाक्यार्थसभा
Vaiśākh-Śukla-Paṅcamī, that is 28th of April 2020, was the auspicious occasion of Sankara Jayanti. It is one of the major events of Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth. Every year efforts are directed towards celebrating in collaboration with eminent scholars and students from the field of Advaita. This year, with the lockdown in place, the day was celebrated on an online platform.
CVV, along with Chinmaya International Foundation, organised an online inter-university Vākyārtha-Sabhā. Twelve students and eight experts from across the country participated. This was the first ever online Vākyārtha Sabhā. Dr. Gopaladesikan K. E., ( Assistant Professor, Philosophy, Psychology and Scientific Heritage) and Dr. Tulasi Kumar Joshi, (Assistant Professor, Vedic Knowledge Systems) coordinated the event under the guidance of
Dean Dr. Gauri Mahulikar and Vice Chancellor Dr. Nagaraj Neerchal.
