On Sept. 21, 2019, Bala Vihar Teachers and Parents at Chinmaya Mission New York had a unique guest amidst them. Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth’s Dean of Faculties, Prof. Gauri Mahulikar addressed the teachers and parents and also the kids. She spoke to theTeachers on the topic ‘Epic Women’ which dealt with the origin of Ahalya, the strength of Draupadi and the purity of Mother Sita. She spoke to the Parents on the topic ‘Bodha Sara’ which covered the importance of having a Guru, essence of knowledge and the experience of its result. Prof. Mahulikar spoke to the children about the story of Lord Ganesha & Kartikeya. At the end of her talk, she spoke to the congregation about Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth.
