Paper Presentation by Faculty

Dr. M.Sathish, Assistant Professor at CVV’s School of Contemporary Knowledge Systems, Dr.Vinayaka Rajat Bhat, Assistant Professor and Head at CVV’s School of Vedic Knowledge Systems, and Dr.Satheesh Varma, Assistant Professor at CVV’s School of Philosophy, Psychology and Scientific Heritage presented a paper titled ‘Leadership Lessons from Indian Knowledge System (IKS)’ at the 8th International Conference on ‘Bhagavad Gita and Ramayan as a Perennial Source of Leadership’ organised by School of Management Sciences (SMS)-Varanasi on 15th and 16th February 2020.


The paper explained the various inputs from the Bhagavad Gita, Ramayan, Arathashstra, Bhoja Prabandha etc., on modern corporate leadership styles. The trio also proposed a new model called ‘Triguna Leadership Model’ based on various inputs from Indic Knowledge Systems. The paper was well appreciated by the audience and the editorial members of various journals.
