On 13th March 2024, Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University celebrated the launch of three semiconductor facilities by the Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi, highlighting the Viksit Bharat mission. The live broadcast of the foundation stone laying ceremony and the Prime Minister’s message was showcased across its Ernakulam facilities. This was complemented by a seminar titled ‘Reimagining India’s Semiconductor Landscape: Strategies for Success’ at the LVP facility in Onakkoor. Dr. Savitesh Madhulika Sharma, emphasizing the critical role of semiconductors in technological advancement and India’s market potential, led the insightful session. The event, aligned with national development goals, attracted 452 students and faculty from various disciplines, underlining its significant educational impact.
