FDP Session by Dr. Pramod Dinakar
Dr. Pramod Dinakar (Asst. Prof., School of Ethics, Governance, Culture and Social Systems, CVV) was invited as a resource person at the seven-day ‘UGC-Stride Offline Faculty Development Programme in Multidisciplinary Capacity Building’ organised by Al Ameen College, Edathala, Kerala, in association with UGC-Scheme for Trans-disciplinary Research for India’s Developing Economy (STRIDE), Mahatma Gandhi University.
Dr. Pramod spoke on ‘’Creative Ways of Teaching’ on 19 May 2022. The session was conducted in a participatory mode which included activities, discussions, games, videos and presentations. The session was divided into three segments – psycho-educational theoretical bases of higher education, teaching-learning and NEP, and creative techniques of teaching students of the post-pandemic era. Over twenty faculty members from various colleges and academic disciplines participated in this FDP which is recognised by Mahatma Gandhi University for promotions under the Career Advancement Scheme of UGC.
