CVV’s Sanskrit Students Shine at 2nd All India Sanskrit Student Talent Festival

CVV students have once again shone at the 2nd All India Sanskrit Student Talent Festival organised by the National Sanskrit University, Tirupati, from 28 March 2024 to 31 March 2024. Students from 23 Sanskrit institutions across Bharat participated in the fest.

Our B.A. Sanskrit and M. A. Sanskrit students participated in various competitions like Sahitya Bhashanam, Vyakarana Bhashanam, Sankhya Yoga Bhashanam, Nyaya Bhashanam,  Dharmashastra Bhashanam, Puranetihasa Bhashanam, Antyakshari, Samasyapurti, Rasaprashna, Mono Act, Group folk dance, Yogasana, and badminton doubles.

  • Alok Kumar (B.A.Sanskrit 3rd year) won the 1st prize in Sahitya Bhashanam, and 1st prize in Samasyapurti.
  • Vinamra Herle (B.A. Sanskrit 3rd) year won the Consolation Prize in Mono Act.
  • The team consisting of Vinamra Herle, Gaayathri G., Aishwarya Khaparde, Induja M., Neha Dattatraya Adak, Shivangi Tiwari,  Poornasree, and Vaishnavi won the Consolation Prize in the Group Folk Dance.


Dr. M. Sudarshan Chiplunkar, Assistant Professor, School of Linguistics and Literary Studies trained the students for the competitions and accompanied them as the team guide.
