The CVV Quiz passed off eventfully on August 14, with Team ‘Chinmaya Chappati Challengers’ (Deekshita, Navamohana, Sarang, Shreeya) emerging the winners with 85 points. Close behind them in second place were Team ‘Himalaya’ (Anandhakrishnan, Anjaneya, Diwas, Rajesh) with 80 points. Team ‘New Document’ (Aditya Raja, Anagha, Nishchhal, Vishvajit) would have been much closer to the top if not for one small error of judgment, and eventually finished third with 55 points. Team ‘Jobless People’, who had only 3 members (Akshaya, Isha, Sradha) and were only a very late, almost forced entry into the quiz, acquited themselves commendably to achieve fourth place and 40 points.
‘Chinmaya Chapati Challengers’ also won the prize for the ‘Best Team Name’.
