Corporate Training Session

On 4th May 2023, the School of Contemporary Knowledge Systems (CKS) in collaboration with the Logic School of Management hosted a half-day corporate training session for the students of the BCom 2022 batch to familiarise them with the corporate world and provide guidance on handling corporate interviews. The session was conducted by Mr. Midhun Mitwa, Corporate Trainer, Motivational Trainer, Soft Skill Trainer and Faculty from Logic School of Management. He has a double MBA and has conducted over fifty corporate training sessions in different companies. He is a winner of the Solo Lady International Award. Mr. Midhun imparted valuable insights on appropriate behaviour and conduct during interviews with multinational corporations.

Mr. Mitwa’s initial briefing provided a broad understanding of the corporate world, followed by team-building exercises designed to improve collaboration and creativity. These exercises included identifying the secrets behind company logos and taglines, constructing an arch using newspapers and cello tape, building a tower using shoes, and creating an innovative product and website for a hypothetical desert and space environment. Teams also participated in a game of dumb charades to break a tie in the score.

Based on the feedback received, the session was a success, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the corporate world and valuable skills for succeeding in it. The team-building exercises were particularly well-received and helped to foster a sense of collaboration and creativity among attendees
