Career Opportunities in Music – A Webinar
In the webinar held on 23 July 2022, Dr. Swapnil Chaphekar (Asst. Professor, School of Kalayoga) introduced the participants to the various opportunities in the music field in India. He classified them into three major avenues, viz. music performing, music teaching and applied music. The webinar included information about how to prepare for various careers, what skillsets are required and what is the future scope in the same. In the end, he introduced various music programmes offered by CVV and how CVV helps students and grooms them for a thriving career in the field of music. The webinar ended with a question-answer session during which Dr. Chaphekar addressed all the doubts and enquiries from the participants. There were over fifty 50+ participants for the webinar.
