Campus Visit

21st December saw a flurry of visitors at the CVV campus at Adi Sankara Nilayam.

In the afternoon, an enthusiastic group of 45 students and three teachers from Chinmaya Vidyalaya Vazhuthacaud arrived on campus. After a sumptuous lunch provided by Chinmaya International Foundation, they attended a session with Dr. Vinod R, Assistant Professor at CVV’s School of Contemporary Knowledge Systems. Dr. Vinod prodded them with questions about their daily routine, thereafter associating their replies with their plan for a promising future. He interspersed the interaction with inspiring anecdotes and laid emphasis on Discovering their Natural Asset (DNA) i.e. their passion for a higher goal in life. The students were energised with the motivational session that led them to think and plan for a brighter future. After the session, the students went on a tour of the Adi Sankara Nilayam.

The same evening, ninety students from Chinmaya Vidyalaya Tattamangalam, accompanied by ten teachers, visited the campus. These students of class 10 and 11 took a short tour of the campus following which they attended an interactive session with Assistant Professor Dr. Vinod on DNA. The students enjoyed the session and came forward to share their feedback.
