Aloha—A Grand Farewell to B.Com. (Hons.) and BBA (Hons.) Final Year Students

A grand farewell event called ‘Aloha’ was held at the Warriam Road facility on 9th April 2024, for the final year B.Com. (Hons.) and BBA (Hons.) students. The memorable gathering started with a warm welcome speech by Prof. T. Asokan, Dean of Academics and Registrar of CVV. This was followed by an inspiring talk by Dr. Sunitha Grandhee, Dean of Lifelong Learning and Wellness, who shared some words of wisdom with the students.

Dr. Manjula R. Iyer (Assistant Dean, Professor, School of Contemporary Knowledge Systems), Dr. Abha Mohan (Assistant Dean, Assistant Professor School of Contemporary Knowledge Systems) and Dr. Ambily AS (Head, Associate Professor, School of Contemporary Knowledge Systems) shared some heartfelt words with the students. The farewell was a bittersweet moment for both, the students and the faculty members, as they reminisced about their time together.

The musical extravaganza from the CKS Band led by CVV’s rockstar, Gautham Gopan, was the highlight of the evening. Angel Kennedy and Varun V (B.Com. first year students) also showcased their musical talents. The atmosphere was filled with memories and emotions as everyone wished the students good luck in their future endeavours.
