The world is going through a difficult phase due to the COVID-19 pandemic. People have been rising to the occasion to do their bit to support the work being done to ease lives. True to its core value system, Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth too has been taking steps to serve humanity in every way possible.
The Pambakkuda Gram Panchayat recently started a COVID-19 First Line Treatment Centre (CFLTC) for COVID patients. To support the initiative, Vice Chancellor Prof. Nagaraj Neerchal and Registrar-in-charge Dr. Soumya S. handed over a cheque of Rs. 25,000/- to the Panchayat President Smt. Ammini George and Panchayat Secretary Mr. Anthru M. M. on 24 August 2020, in the presence of panchayat members and staff. Mr. Bijin K., Site Manager, coordinated the event.
