CVV student, Aditya Raja (third-year B.A. Applied Psychology) presented his joint research paper at the digital conference on ‘Social Enterprises—Values and Processes’ hosted by the Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. It was hosted from 07 to 09 January 2021. The paper on 'Radical Innovation Using Non-Traditional Enterprise Design' was worked on jointly by Aditya and Ismail Akban (Assistant Professor, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune).
The paper analyses the hallmark hybridity of radical innovation and explains the non-traditional structure of the social enterprise design using the lens of applied ontology, classifications, knowledge management principles, market-based characteristics, enterprise design and business of innovation to study the theories, the application, and the management of such enterprises.
