Maneesha S. is an Assistant Professor of Sanskrit in the School of Linguistics and Literary Studies. She is an avid Sanskrit lover with an ardency for teaching Sanskrit. As part of her MA dissertation, she has done a study on the ‘Rāmāyaṇa tradition of Thailand through Śrīrāmakīrtimahākāvyam’ under the guidance of Dr. Sreevidya G, Assistant Professor, Department of Sanskrit General, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Kalady, for exploring the cultural diversions reflected in Sanskrit literature. She is still in a part-time internship project as part of the Sanskrit Digitization Project at IIT Bombay. Also served as a faculty of the Department of Sanskrit General, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Kalady. She is a recipient of the Jyeshta Deva Puraskaram presented by Malayalam University, Tiroor.
