Dr. Hari M. G. holds a PhD in English Literature from IIT Kharagpur. His PhD thesis titled
‘Mystery, Subalternity, and Plurality: Recasting Bhakti in the Poetry of Arun Kolatkar’,
focuses on the influence of Bhakti tradition in the poetry of a modern Indian English poet –
Arun Kolatkar. He is a recipient of research fellowships such as UGC-JRF, and Institute
Fellowship, IIT Kharagpur. His research interests include Mysticism, Indian Literature, and
Literary Theory.
