Tyagaraja Ārādhana is an annual global event by Chinmaya VIshwa Vidyapeeth that commemorates the legendary saint composer. Saint Tyagaraja, one of the great Musical Trinity of Carnatic Music. He is perhaps the most prolific Vāggeyakāra (classical lyricist, composer, and singer all in one) of all time.
At CVV, this has been an annual celebration since 2020 at the CEG campus, with an online event even during the Covid times.
This year CVV is organising Tyagaraja Ārādhana in collaboration with Kerala Kalamandalam, Deemed to be University for Art & Culture. There are participants from various schools, colleges, universities, and institutions from different parts of the country.
The event will be held on Saturday, 04th March 2023 at CEG campus, Veliyanad.
