Kalasamanvayah-2
After the overwhelming response received for the first Kalasamvayah workshop on art integration, Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth in association with the CCMT Education Cell is organising ‘Kalasamanvayah-2’, a free online workshop on Art Integration in Education for school teachers.
Dates: 18, 19 and 20 February 2021
Time: 2:00 to 5:00 pm
There are five subject-specific sessions besides the inaugural session. Participants may sign up for one or more sessions. Certificates will be provided specific to each session. Please note that certificates will be issued only to those who attend the entire session.

Why an Art Integration workshop?
The Central Board of Secondary Education in an attempt to strengthen experiential learning for children has advised schools to take up the integration of art with education. The National Education Policy has emphasized that integrating art, not only makes the teaching and learning process joyful, it also has a positive impact on the development of life skills such as communication, creativity and Critical thinking. Hence, to create a platform for teachers to share their ideas and also learn strategies which can be utilised in the classrooms, the Kalasamanvayah series of workshops on Art Integration are being organised.
Registration commences on 14 Feb 2021. There are five sessions and each session has demonstrations for various levels such as primary, middle and secondary in Mathematics, Science, English, Social Science and Computer Science.
