A Five-day Skill Development Programme
The Internal Quality Assessment Committee (IQAC) of Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth has been organising various training programmes related to quality enhancement and NAAC accreditation of Higher Education Institutions for different target groups. The latest in this series is a five-day Skill Development Programme titled ‘Campus to Corporate’ for the graduates of the 2017 batch of Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth. The online sessions will focus on work-place etiquettes, communication skills, time management and goal setting.
The resource persons are Mr. Vasuki H. V. and Ms. Shruthi Vasuki, who since many years have been successfully conducting similar training sessions which are popular and highly rated.
Resource Persons:
Mr. Vasuki H.S. : A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Foreign Trade, he has to his credit 31 years of industrial experience in various companies. These include MICO-BOSCH, M&M, Lakshmi Group and the Duncan Goenka Group. He also has been a trainer, consultant, mentor, and coach for various companies during the last sixteen years. He has been a visiting faculty at Visweswariya Technology University, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering and the PES Institute of Engineering. Currently, he is serving as a Director of Chinmaya Institute of Management, Bengaluru.
Ms. Shruthi Vasuki: A Bachelor’s in Computer-Science Engineering, and Master’s in Engineering in Internetworking from Dalhousie University, Canada, she has to her credit twelve years of working experience in the IT and networking industry. She is a Project Management Professional and has been working as a Project Manager at Cisco Systems Pvt. Ltd. and PeakXV Networks India Pvt. Ltd. During her career, she has conducted a wide range of presentations for employees, customers and partners. Presentations have been of varied topics, ranging from technical networking topics, software, soft skill, and project management. Presently she is working as Assistant Director of Chinmaya Institute of Management and is actively engaged in expanding and supporting the existing programmes and expanding its portfolio.
