Abha Mohan is Assistant Professor at the School of Contemporary Knowledge Systems, Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth. She is well recognized and appreciated at National Seminars and International Conferences where she presents research papers. Pursuing Ph.D in Finance from the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, her area of research in International Finance revolves around the topic ‘Stock Markets and Macroeconomic Variables’. Numerous published research papers in recognized journals are testimony to her acumen. Since 2011, she served as Commerce Faculty in Colleges affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University. She handles numerous courses for Bachelor and Master Programs of Commerce but her key focus is on areas like Capital Market, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Direct Taxes. Apart from being a fulltime Academician, she is passionate about Classical Art Forms, particularly ‘Mohiniyattam’ in which she is a trained performer and has participated in the prestigious National Dance Festivals of India.
